How to manage Three-Way and Six-Way Calling at the user level

- After logging in as either an Enterprise or a Group Administrator:
- 1. Click Users.
- 2. Perform a search for the user you want to modify.To refine your search, click the + or — buttons to add or remove criteria fields as needed, or leave the search field blank to see all users.
Click on the user.
Click on Three-Way or Six-Way Calling under Call management.
- 5. Select Use default group settings or select either Six-Way Calling or Three-Way Calling to configure the feature for this user.
- 6. If you want to apply the change immediately, ask the end user to restart their phone. If not, the change will be applied overnight.For users with Polycom phones who have a custom template, you will have to re-apply the phone configuration in Device manager first to properly enable the feature.
