How to manage Three-Way and Six-Way Calling at the user level
After logging in as either an Enterprise or a Group Administrator:
1. Click Users.
2. Perform a search for the user you want to modify.
To refine your search, click the + or — buttons to add or remove criteria fields as needed, or leave the search field blank to see all users.
Click on the user.
Click on Three-Way or Six-Way Calling under Call management.
5. Select Use default group settings or select either Six-Way Calling or Three-Way Calling to configure the feature for this user.
6. If you want to apply the change immediately, ask the end user to restart their phone. If not, the change will be applied overnight.
For users with Polycom phones who have a custom template, you will have to re-apply the phone configuration in Device manager first to properly enable the feature.
