- Presence is an easy and effective way to see your co-workers and let others know when you are on the phone, out of the office or at your desk.
- Use Presence to:
- See the online status of other users on the network.
- Let other know your status
You must add the other users to your personal contacts to view their presence status.
The userʼs presence status appears with an icon and text.
- Change your status:
To change your presence status, click your current status and select another from the drop-down menu.
- Add a note to your status:
Click on New Note… to associate a note with either the Connected or Unavailable status. The note is automatically published once you create it.
