- Use this section to request billing information.
- 1. On the overview page click Billing.
- 2. Select the type of billing transaction you would like.For this example click Charges inquiry. If you select another type of inquiry different options may need to be selected.
- 3. Enter the details of the charging inquiry.
- 4. You can select multiple inquiries.
- 5. Enter a disputed amount and indicate the date of the relevant invoice.
- 6. Enter a message to support the inquiry.
- 7. Click Submit.
- 8. If required, add any notes and click Submit or go to another section of the Commercial Web Tool using the menu.
