  • Use this section to request billing information.
  • 1. On the overview page click Billing.
  • 2. Select the type of billing transaction you would like.
    For this example click Charges inquiry. If you select another type of inquiry different options may need to be selected.
  • 3. Enter the details of the charging inquiry.
  • 4. You can select multiple inquiries.
  • 5. Enter a disputed amount and indicate the date of the relevant invoice.
  • 6. Enter a message to support the inquiry.
  • 7. Click Submit.
  • 8. If required, add any notes and click Submit or go to another section of the Commercial Web Tool using the menu.
