Use this section to request billing information.
1. On the overview page click Billing.
2. Select the type of billing transaction you would like.
For this example click Charges inquiry. If you select another type of inquiry different options may need to be selected.
3. Enter the details of the charging inquiry.
4. You can select multiple inquiries.
5. Enter a disputed amount and indicate the date of the relevant invoice.
6. Enter a message to support the inquiry.
7. Click Submit.
8. If required, add any notes and click Submit or go to another section of the Commercial Web Tool using the menu.
