  • 1. When you attempt to access your voicemail for the first time, enter your temporary password.
    Note: Your temporary password is your 10-digit business phone number (including area code).
  • 2. Follow the prompts to create your new personal password.
    Note: Your personal password must be between four and 15 digits in length. It cannot be the same as your phone number and should not use repeat or sequential numbers.
  • 3. After the prompt, record your name.
    Note: Your recorded name, which should be your first and last name or your business name, is used to identify your mailbox when accessing your voicemail.
  • 4. After the prompt, record the personal greeting callers will hear before they can leave you a message.
    Note: Your personal greeting can be up to 60 seconds in length.
