Note: Your temporary password is your 10-digit business phone number (including area code).

2. Follow the prompts to create your new personal password.

Note: Your personal password must be between four and 15 digits in length. It cannot be the same as your phone number and should not use repeat or sequential numbers.

3. After the prompt, record your name.

Note: Your recorded name, which should be your first and last name or your business name, is used to identify your mailbox when accessing your voicemail.

4. After the prompt, record the personal greeting callers will hear before they can leave you a message.

Note: Your personal greeting can be up to 60 seconds in length.
