  • This feature allows you to “park” a call against a specified extension, with that call being placed on hold until a user retrieves it. If the call is not retrieved on the specified extension within a set period of time, the parked call is sent back to your phone.
  • To park an active call, tap the Menu icon, select Park call and follow the audio instructions.
  • To retrieve a parked call, use the Retrieve function from the dial pad menu, and follow the audio instructions.
    Note: If a video call is parked from the desktop and picked up from the mobile app, the call is downgraded to audio only. The call may result in one way audio if you upgrade this audio call to video.
