How to modify or delete a Digit String

- 1. After selecting a group, click Call management.
- 2. Click My Plan.
- 3. Click Digit strings.
- 4. Click on the digit string you want to modify.
- 5. Enter a new digit string in the designated field.Note: The digit string may contain only numbers and specific symbols as defined below.
- “?” – Matches any single digit or allowed symbol, and can be used in any position except as the national prefix or country code (ie., “202555????” matches any string beginning with “202555”, such as “2025551234”).
- “*” – Matches any digits following a defined string, and is allowed only at the end of the digit string (ie., “301*” matches any string beginning with “301”, such as “3015551000”).
- “[ ]” – Matches a single digit that satisfies the specified range of digits. A consecutive range is indicated with a hyphen “-“, while a non-consecutive range is indicated with a comma “,” (i.e., “[1,3,7]”, “[4-6]”, “[5-7,9]”).
- “+” – Only allowed as the first character of a digit pattern (i.e., “+12405551000”).
- “#” – Used to donate a service code (i.e., “#22”).
- 6. Click OK to save your changes.
- 7. Alternatively, click Delete to delete the Digit String. You can also delete a Digit String from the Digit Strings page by checking the box under the Delete column and then clicking Apply.
