How to add, modify or delete a Transfer Number

- 1. After selecting a group, click Call management.
- 2. Click My Plan.
- 3. Click Transfer numbers.
- 4. To add a transfer number –a. For each department listed, enter up to three transfer numbers in the designated fields.
- Note: If one transfer number is busy, the call will be diverted to the next number identified.
- 5. To modify or delete a transfer number –a. Edit the transfer numbers as required.
b. Alternatively, you can delete transfer numbers by clearing the appropriate field using the Delete or Backspace keys.
- 6. To save your changes, click Save and you will be returned to the previous page. To exit without saving, click Cancel.
