  • 1. Company administrators can manage certain audio conferencing room settings for individuals and group users.
    Note: The audio conferencing room owner presence is required in order to open a conference bridge. For security reasons, this option cannot be changed.
  • 2. Administrators can regenerate a room ID for any user.

    Warning
    Changing the conference ID or conference bridge language will change the user’s room details in the portal and in any of their desktop and mobile apps. This change needs to be communicated to the user so that they can update their meeting invitations accordingly.

    Click either Confirm or Cancel.
  • 3. Administrators can enable the option to close an audio conferencing bridge when the owner of the bridge leaves the session.
  • 4. Administrators can enable a tone to alert participants when other participants are joining or leaving the audio conferencing bridge.
  • 5. Administrators can allow end users to use a non Bell Total Connect audio conferencing service.
    Note: If you select the non Bell Total Connect audio conferencing option as the default, the user will be able to manually enter dial-in bridge numbers and access codes into their ‘My Room’ settings in the desktop and mobile apps. If you select the Bell Total Connect audio conferencing option as the default, these details will be automatically populated into the ‘My Room’ settings and cannot be overwritten by the user. Important: When you change this setting, the user will need to restart their desktop and mobile apps.
  • 6. Administrators can change the conference bridge language (English or French) for an end user. Similar to the room ID change, a warning message will display:
