    • Enterprise administrators can upload custom welcome greetings (e.g., Welcome to ABC’s Audio Conferencing Service) to the conference bridges.
    • Most common audio formats are supported such as wav, wma, mp3, ogg, m4a, aac, aiff.

    • You will have the option of uploading the following sound quality files:
      • Best (maximum recording length is 2 minutes and 30 seconds)
      • Good (maximum recording length is 5 minutes)
      • Basic (maximum recording length is 10 minutes)
    • You can playback your current custom greeting.
    • Changes to a custom greeting may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
