  • Use Personal Agent to configure your personal settings for a Unified Communications phone. You can change your contact information, the password, timers, etc.
  • 1. Click Password.
  • 2. Enter your old password.
  • 3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • 4. Click Apply.
  • 5. The password has been updated. Click OK.
    Note: If you forget your password, contact your internal communications prime to have it reset.
