  • Use Personal Agent to configure your personal settings for a Unified Communications phone. You can change your contact information, the password, timers, etc.
  • 1. Click Contact info.
  • 2. Add or update any of the information displayed.
    Note: Ensure that you enter your numbers in the 10-digit format, including the area code.
  • 3. Click Apply.
  • 4. The information has been updated. Click OK.
