  • The Presence feature lets others know your status, and also immediately notifies you when someone is asking permission to view your presence status.
  • 1. To change to DND, click your status.
  • 2. Click Do Not Disturb.
  • 3. Read the warning and click OK.
  • 4. Your status is set to Do Not Disturb.
