How to record your name in the Voice portal
The Voice Portal is where you record your name as you want others to hear it when calls are directed to your extension.
1. Dial the Voice Portal number.
Note: Your Bell Total Connect administrator will provide you with the dial-in number.
2. After the prompt, enter your passcode followed by #.
3. You will then be prompted to record your name.
