How to verify whether a user has access to the Call Pick-up feature

1. After selecting a group, perform a search for the user you want to verify.

Note: Click the + or buttons to add or remove criteria fields to help further refine your search, or leave the search field blank before clicking Search to see the full list of users.

2. Click on the user.

3. If the user is assigned to a Call Pick-up group, the feature will appear on the user’s Call Management / Standard call settings page.

4. Click Call Pick-up to display the user’s Call Pick-up group and all of its members.

Note: If the user has been given access to the Directed Call Pick-up without Barge-in feature or the Directed Call Pick-up with Barge-in feature, these options will also appear on the user’s Call Management page.
