Searching for contacts

You can use the Search and Dial box to search for contacts across multiple directories.

Own Contacts: Search results from your desktop app’s contact list.

Telephony Directory: Search results from your Bell Total Connect enterprise directory.

Corporate Directory: Search results from your corporate directory (LDAP / Active Directory). This directory must have been configured by your administrator. If it has not been enabled, you will not see this section.

Outlook: Search results from your Microsoft Outlook contact list. You must have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer and have enabled Outlook integration in your desktop app to see this section.
