How to transfer a call
You can transfer a call to another person either announced or unannounced.
1. When in a call, click More.
2. Click Transfer Call.
3. In the Transfer call window, select a contact.
You can also use the dial pad to dial the number.
4. Click Announced.
5. After you talk to the person you want to transfer the call to, click More then Complete Transfer.
Once the transfer is complete, you are dropped from the call
6. If you select Unannounced, the transfer is completed as soon as the person to whom you transferred the call answers.
