Understanding call views
The Polycom VVX 310 phone has two main views: Home and Lines.
To change views, press the Home button.
Home view:
The home view displays your phone line and messages, settings and information. The bottom of the home view shows a page indicator.
Use the Navigation buttons to change the displayed page. Use the Navigation buttons to change the highlighted entry. Press Select to access the desired menu.
Lines view:
Lines view is the default display on your phone and displays your phone line(s), your favourites and soft buttons .
If the phone line is idle, the view indicates an active line. Press a Line button next to the active line to access the dialler.
If the phone line has calls, icons indicate the number of calls and their state. Use the up and down arrow buttons to change the selected call.
