  • This section shows all the transactions that have taken place on your account.
  • 1. From the overview page, open the menu by moving the cursor over Your Profile.
  • 2. Click Order History.
  • 3. Review the order history.
    Billing information, new installations, equipment orders and activations, pay per view events, account activations and more are stored in the order history.
  • 4. Hover over a Request or Order to view a quick summary of the request or order.
  • 5. Click a Request or Order number to view the details.
