  • Contact us if you require any assistance with the online web tool.
  • 1. From the overview page, open the menu by moving the cursor over Your Profile.
  • 2. Click Contact us.
  • 3. Select a request type from the drop down box.
  • 4. Click Browse to add a file to the message.
  • 5. Enter your message.
  • 6. Click Submit.
  • 7. The request number is displayed, click Back to return to the main overview page.
