If it is included in your service, this feature allows you to specify a number that callers will be forwarded to if they press zero upon reaching your voicemail.
1. From your voicemail's main menu, press 4 to enter the Personal options menu.
2. Press 4 to enter the Personal preferences menu.
3. Press 4.
4. Use the following commands to set your zero-out number:
