  • There are two ways to transfer a call to another party, by way of an Attended transfer or an Unattended transfer. To perform an Attended transfer, follow the steps detailed below.
  • 1. While on a call select Transfer.
  • 2. Select a contact and then choose the phone number that will receive the call.
  • 3. Select Call … first to talk with the third party privately before completing the transfer.
  • 4. To complete the transfer, tap the Complete button.
