• IP Voice Anywhere is an interactive voice-response service that lets you modify the settings for many of your Bell Total Connect calling features – even if you’re not at your office phone or an Internet-connected computer. It also allows you to make outgoing calls from any location while appearing as though you’re calling from your office phone.

IP Voice Anywhere is a secure service that authenticates users based on the number they are dialling from and the use of unique, individual passcodes. When making outgoing calls using IP Voice Anywhere, all long-distance charges are billed to your company and not to the phone you are calling from – giving you the freedom to focus on your business communications and not your long-distance bill.

The phone number for IP Voice Anywhere has been provided by your administrator. It can also be found on the Simultaneous Ring page within the Bell Total Connect Web Portal. Your passcode for IP Voice Anywhere has also been provided by your administrator. Please contact your administrator if you do not have (or have forgotten) your passcode.

    Ensuring authentication
To use the IP Voice Anywhere service you must first identify the devices you will be using to call your IP Voice Anywhere number (e.g., home office phone, mobile phone). This is done by adding the phone numbers for these devices to your Simultaneous Ring list through the Bell Total Connect Web Portal.

IP Voice Anywhere authentication works with any number in your Simultaneous Ring list, regardless of whether it has been marked as ‘enabled’ or not. If you attempt to access the IP Voice Anywhere service from a number that is not in your Simultaneous Ring list, the system will tell you the number is not valid.
