  • 1. Room owners can allow participants to share their desktops and applications.

    In a ‘My Room’ window, from the Communication menu, select Sharing and check/uncheck Allow Participant Share.
  • 2. Alternatively, you can select the Options icon in the bottom right of the ‘My Room’ window and check/uncheck Allow Participant Share.
