  • This is the Call Settings menu. From here, you can configure the following Bell Total Connect features:
  • Simultaneous Ring
    Note: For Simultaneous Ring, the desktop app permits the management of locations and options but does not support the creation of routing rules.
  • Remote Office
  • Call Forward All Calls
  • Call Forward Busy
  • Call Forward No Answer
  • Out Of Service Call Forward
  • Do Not Disturb
  • If any of these features are already enabled, they will be indicated here and you will be able to toggle them On or Off.
    • Note: Depending on your service package, some features may not apply. Please contact your administrator for more information.
