  • The Polycom VVX 500/501/600 phone has two main views: home and lines.

    To change views, press the Home button.
  • Home view:
    The home view displays your phone line and messages, settings and information. The bottom of the home view shows a page indicator.
    Swipe the screen left or right to change the displayed page. Tap an icon to access the desired menu.
  • Lines view:
    Lines view is the default display on your phone and displays your phone line(s), your favourites and soft buttons.
    If the phone line is idle, the view indicates an active line. Touch the active line to call it.

    If the phone line has calls, icons indicate the number of calls and their state. Use the up and down arrow buttons to change the selected call.
